Environment, Economics and Politics (EEP) (CMC, Scripps)

Offered to CMC and Scripps students (Pitzer students must take this as an off-campus major), the EEP major explores 21st-century problems and opportunities involving interrelated environmental, economic, and political issues. Students interested in economics and policy studies build a valuable background in ecological analysis and environmental management. Basic courses in biology, chemistry, economics, government, and mathematics are combined with advanced courses in areas such as environmental law, climate change, and politics and the environment. A senior thesis in a constituent EEP discipline is required.

Note: This major cannot be combined with economics or government as a dual major.
